We conduct a lightweight, highly collaborative workshop and split it into 3 steps:
- The art of the possible
We present practical AI application examples and share how Objectivity has used them in the past to solve clients’ challenges.
We provide business innovation inspiration by discussing future AI trends.
- Ideation
This step starts with a discussion about your main pain points in order to find solutions that will bring the greatest value.
Valuable business ideas are generated during this part of the workshop.
The generated ideas are then validated and jointly prioritised by business value and technical feasibility, helping you choose the most promising idea.
- Solution design
During this phase, we dive deeper into the selected idea, describe the target group, their needs and define must-have features.
This stage allows you to present the idea’s business potential to stakeholders in greater detail.
