Our delivery process matches the GDS lifecycle

We can work with you on as many of the development and support lifecycle as you wish:

  • Discovery – Our in-house UX team will work with you to scope out your service, prove that it will give users a better experience, and provide you with collateral that you can take to your stakeholders to gain approval for the next phase.
  • Alpha – We start small, building a proof of concept to prove the service is viable, meets your requirements and provides the required return on investment. We focus on making sure the new service is technically robust, with a particular emphasis on security, and provide you with more detailed collateral to enable your decision making as to whether you should move on to the next phase.
  • Beta – From single team engagements to multiple teams engaged on a programme, we work with you using an agreed agile framework to deliver value quickly.
  • Live – Having delivered the live service successfully, we offer a range of services covering ongoing maintenance and support.

We are on many government frameworks including G-Cloud and the Digital Outcomes and Specialists framework.

Ensuring your solution is secure

In the digital age, security of information is of increasing importance. A public organisation, holding terabytes of confidential information, needs to be certain that their data is secured, and needs to know where this data is being processed. Recognising that, we are able to ensure localised storage of data, even in cloud solutions. To make sure your solution meets all government security guidelines, we are constantly monitoring our delivery processes, also through external audits. We have ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification. In 2015 our commitment to quality was recognised by the European Quality Management Foundation through the award of EFQM 5* “Recognised for Excellence” status, making us one of only 22 technology companies to have received this certification.
