We start our engagement by working with you to get a thorough understanding of you and your needs. Our analysts assess the needs of a cross section of stakeholders from the business and end users of the proposed solution. We provide feedback to confirm our findings as we go.

Then our UX experts develop paper prototypes and test them with representative users. These are then mocked up onto target types so you can see what the end result will look like and confirm the functionality is delivering what you need.

Next, we prepare interactive low-fidelity mock-ups using Axure or a similar product. This helps us confirm and refine the design, and we learn how to best support the end user’s tasks and needs. Once we’ve got the design and functionality agreed, it’s time for our graphic designers to take the mock-ups and turn them into something beautiful!
