He helped the business engage in some of the world’s leading collaboration platforms for sustainability such as the World Economic Forum, the Consumer Goods Forum and Business in the Community. Having worked at an international level of business, with charities, with think tanks, and with start-ups he has a broad array of experience. Upon leaving M&S he formed Mikebarryeco Ltd in order to support organisations across society and the economy to deliver sustainable change.

Miya has over 20 years' experience as an author, journalist and publisher, research analyst and consultant, specialising in enterprise technology use in retail. She began her research career as Senior Research Analyst with IDC Retail Insights, having edited Retail Technology magazine for 10 years, which she now also owns and publishes. She is consistently ranked as one of the top retail technology industry influencers, and has recently appeared on the BBC, Channel 4, ITN and Sky News, and has been quoted by Retail Week, Retail Touchpoints, RETHINK Retail, The Grocer and PaymentSource among many others. Most recently, she served as Head of Industry Insight for digital marketing technology provider, Eagle Eye Solutions, helping major retailers build best-in-class loyalty and promotions strategies.

He is exceptionally customer focused and has delivered significant business value through the use of business intelligence technology and tools. Above all, he has a consistent track record in change management and delivering business results.

A Retail Executive and Consultant with 20+ years of corporate leadership experience across a range of sectors including Food, Hospitality, Fashion and Marketing. As Director of Retail Operations and Customer Experience with Primark his role spanned 11 countries and he held a variety of leadership roles in central and field-based teams for Marks and Spencer across the UK and Ireland. He is passionate about improving the customer experience and has a proven track record in delivering a customer centric agenda.
