This year, there were 3 awards. The Winner was chosen by a Jury. The Audience Award winner was chosen in a public voting by Objectivity employees. And there was one more award for the exceptional project, given by Peter Brookes-Smith, Managing Director.
1st place -Jury Award – ObjCoin by IdIOTs_v3 – ObjCoin is an Objectivity currency based on Blockchain. Employees could earn and spend coins by participating in different activities and then exchange them for various benefits of their choice.
Audience Award – TeAmO by Italodisco – TeAmO is a tool which helps create an ideal team. It analyses employees’ skills matrix, upskill preferences, availability and strengths from the Strenghts Finder survey. Thanks to AI and machine learning, Resource Manager can compose a team in just 3 steps.
PBS Award for “Seeing it Through” – Obsystent by There will be some code – Obsystent is a voice-controlled personal assistant, which helps employees in three main areas: task management in Visual Studio Team Services backlogs, registering floors in Stair Climb Challenge, booking conference rooms. The app created during IDEAapp_ is ready to use and available in Google Play. This is an exceptional achievement in such a short time.
