Great Place to Work

Great Place to Work is the most globally recognizable employer award and we are proud to receive it! As we grew significantly over the last few months, this year we were classified among the biggest companies with over 500 employees. Additionally, we received a recognition as the Best Workplace for Millennials, which ensures us that we are keeping up with the changing needs of the young generation.

Great Place to Work is based on a Trust Index survey and Culture Audit. Together, they allow us to take a closer look at the organisation and how employees perceive it. And this is the most important part for us: we received the GPTW thanks to the voices of our employees.

The Contest

Voice of the employees

This is the 4th time we participated in Great Place to Work survey, the first time in Large Companies category. We are really happy with the 2nd place, especially taking into consideration competitors, which are big international companies such as Microsoft, Cisco or Akamai. Great Place to Work is the award given based on feedback from the employees. They have a possibility to assess the company on 5 dimensions – credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie. Thanks to the survey results we are able to create two lists: one with practices that are very good and we want to continue and one with practices we want to improve. – says Paulina Roszczak-Śliwa, HR Guild Master – What I value the most is that with each edition we have an opportunity to learn more and make Objectivity even better workplace which has an impact on quality of work done for our customers.

Fourth GPTW title is both an honour and a challenge. It’s an honour, that our employees trust us and enjoy working at Objectivity. It’s a challenge because we can’t let them down. We will keep using our best practices and we will keep learning so that Objectivity receives another Great Place to Work title.
