He is exceptionally customer focused and has delivered significant business value through the use of business intelligence technology and tools. Above all, he has a consistent track record in change management and delivering business results.
Conrad supports businesses to drive profitable growth. A Retail Executive and Consultant with 20+ years of corporate leadership experience across a range of sectors including Food, Hospitality, Fashion and Marketing. As Director of Retail Operations and Customer Experience with Primark his role spanned 11 countries and he held a variety of leadership roles in central and field-based teams for Marks and Spencer across the UK and Ireland. He is passionate about improving the customer experience and has a proven track record in delivering a customer centric agenda.

With over 30 thirty years’ experience in the IT industry, and with just under half of this in providing retail solutions to the FMCG and Automotive markets, Ian is well versed in the role that technology can play in retail. With a software development background and, more recently, roles as Programme Manager and CTO, Ian focuses on driving business value and customer satisfaction. Ian’s current position is that of a Client Principal, aligned to several of Objectivity’s key accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and supporting clients to achieve win-win outcomes.
Wide-ranging Director level experience spanning 30 years in wholesale/retail, logistics, IT and operations. Wayne is a strategic Advisor with responsibility for new business across Retailer and POS estates, worldwide. A former MD of one of the UK’s largest Point-Of-Sale companies and previously the IT Director for Nisa Retail. Wayne brings a wealth of strategic and multi-faceted expertise.
