Are you feeling too stressed? Do you get impatient or angry without a good reason? In my talk about impatience I mentioned mindfulness as a way to reduce stress. Mindfulness means paying attention to the present moment without judgment. It's becoming mainstream in the health and wellness sector. A few people asked for more information about it, so I recommend the following resources to start:
- Mindfulness with Jon Kabat-Zinn - Begin with this great 1-hour video. Jon Kabat-Zinn, creator of the MBSR method, introduces the concept of mindfulness, gives lots of examples and runs some guided meditation you can do at home.
