Are you feeling too stressed? Do you get impatient or angry without a good reason? In my talk about impatience I mentioned mindfulness as a way to reduce stress. Mindfulness means paying attention to the present moment without judgment. It's becoming mainstream in the health and wellness sector. A few people asked for more information about it, so I recommend the following resources to start:

  • Mindfulness with Jon Kabat-Zinn - Begin with this great 1-hour video. Jon Kabat-Zinn, creator of the MBSR method, introduces the concept of mindfulness, gives lots of examples and runs some guided meditation you can do at home.

Go ahead and try it. It's not easy, but it's definitely worth it.
