I started Objectivity as I wanted to create software that solves real-world business problems and enables clients to gain a competitive advantage. In doing so, we always place great emphasis on building trust and long-term, transparent relationships with our customers – some of whom we’ve been partnered with for over three decades. When founding Objectivity, I knew I wanted it to be a values-driven company. And, over the years, our core values of People, Integrity, Excellence, Agility as well as our Win-Win approach led us throughout economical ups and downs to the place we’re in today – an international, virtual organisation, where clients and employees have been continuously growing together. In a changing world, one thing remains certain – it’s the right partners who make you achieve much more than you would on your own.
