Great work supported by great people.

We are Great Place to Work!

“We are proud of our employees, whose opinion about us is the best advertisement for the company, this is confirmed by the fact that our company has been recommended to 50% of people we employ. What makes our brand recognizable in the industry, is great atmosphere and equal treatment of people. For our employees, we create a unique place of work, in which, above all, we listen to their voice, support their initiatives and encourage creativity. In our company, we pay a lot attention to development of talents. We follow the principle saying that since we spent most of the time at work, we want to feel well here.”

This is how we view our company and, happily, this was recognised by the Great Place to Work Awards on the 26th of March. Objectivity took 2nd place in the medium-sized business category. Pitted against IT companies such as Microsoft and Cisco, we were overjoyed at the outcome.

Great Place to Work is based on the results of a questionnaire. The survey, 61 questions long, was given to all employees. Over 350 employees in our Wroclaw office took the time to fill it in and give their opinion of their workplace. As a result, we took 2nd place nationwide. What an achievement!

The most important feedback we got from this award ceremony was clearer understanding of our employees. We always knew they were pretty happy. But what we heard just blew us away. Our guys believe Objectivity is managed honestly and that they are hired as individuals, not just as workers.

Getting second place was a great reason for us to celebrate. Next year, our aim is to reach first place. We love being a great place to work, and we’re so pleased our employees think that we are!
