Operations Research Guild Master/Head of Operations Research

I’ve been part of the team since 2010. During my career in IT I have held many different roles: Software Developer, Team Leader, Line Manager, Project Manager, Head of Projects and currently Operations Research Guild Master
at Objectivity. Having worked in IT for so many years, I’m able to look at software development projects from different perspectives, which helps me a lot in my current role. I believe that it is an absolute must to fulfil clients’ needs, but keeping staff motivated is the core of my philosophy of success.

I hold a Ph.D. in the area of soft computing (domain of computer science focusing on resolving complex problems in acceptable computing times). During my Ph.D. studies I also had the privilege to lead classes in the basics of programming languages. I must say that working with students was one of the most interesting experiences during my studies.

I like to spend my free time with my wife and our little son. I also read a lot; I particularly enjoy science-fiction, popular science, and fantasy. I also love hiking, jogging and the difficult art of riding a motorbike slowly.
