Engagement Models

We will provide you with dedicated resources that you need to get the job done. The key benefits of our engagement model are:

  • Each person works exclusively for you, offering 100% utilisation at all times
  • By committing to a rolling contract, you receive the best possible value for money
  • We only use named resources and you are welcome to be involved in the selection process
  • We ensure that, wherever possible and appropriate, your team stays with your for the duration of our relationship
  • You may choose from project managers, technical architects, business analysts, developers or testers
  • You have direct access to a UK based account manager and business consultant; Should you have any issues, it’s good to know you have a local point of escalation to help find a quick and agreeable resolution
  • We use a combination of working with you on-site and delivering from our Polish development centre
  • We encourage an initial trial exercise where we can demonstrate our professionalism and delivery capabilities to you

We recognise that each engagement has its own set of unique challenges and objectives. Whilst this is true, there are typically two working models that we base each engagement on.

Autonomous Dedicated Team

In this model, we build a self-sufficient team that will create and deliver a solution for you. We optimise cost and efficiency by delivering from our Polish development centre. We have integrated build environments, a comprehensive project assurance program, high quality video-conferencing systems and a structured management hierarchy in place to support you. This is all backed up by our industry accreditations and ISO 9001:2008 certification.

We take full responsibility here for delivering a quality service to you whilst keeping you fully informed of progress.

Complementary Dedicated Team

In this model, we compliment your existing teams with additional resources. We will provide dedicated resources to satisfy the roles that you need. You decide where to deploy them and who they report to. This model works really well with initial engagements where newly introduced team members have access to your domain experts and product specialists.

This model also scales extremely well. Over time, these dedicated resources gain experience and knowledge of your systems. They can then act as mentors and coaches when working from our Polish development centre.
