Great Place to Work

We’re named one of the top 50 best workplaces in Europe in 2017 in the small and mid-size category (50-500). We took 37th place. We’re one of the two companies from Poland to receive an individual award. We’re the 3rd best IT company to work in Europe among organizations sized 250 to 500.

On Thursday 8th June, Magdalena Kopyściańska, our HR People Development Leader, went to Paris to receive the individual award for Objectivity in the small and mid-size category at a special ceremony for the Great Place To Work (GPTW) in Europe 2017 contest.

“I’m so proud of the business we’re building and our amazing culture” said Magda. “Everyone in our team, from the owners to our newest recruit, knows the part they have to play and we all work really hard to make us even stronger!”

What defines a great place to work

According to the GPTW Institute’s Trust Index, there are five dimensions that constitute “trust” and, at the same time, make a company a great place to work, including credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. Employees rate their workplaces in these fields based on a 20-minute questionnaire.

For example, credibility is established when the management is approachable and easy to talk with. Respect means that the management shows appreciation for good work and extra effort. Pride relates to a workplace where employees believe their work is not ‘just a job’ but it has a special meaning.

It was your voice, after all, that helped us climb so high in the European edition of the GPTW contest this year. Many thanks to everyone!
