We listen carefully to you and ask the right questions to help us to get a better picture of your business.  At that point we can sit down and document the specifications to suit your needs and requirements. 

We then evaluate them with you and make any necessary adjustments to make sure it is exactly what you want.  We make sure you are completely happy with the final specification before we move on to the next step. 

The methodologies and tools that Objectivity use are adopted to ensure that all its projects are managed effectively to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.

Our methodology is used because it:

• Provides continual updates to ensure projects are on track

The tools we use include

• PRINCE 2
• Microsoft Project for planning requirements
• Xplanner for low level time tracking

We are also currently working to achieve ISO9001 / TickIT certification. Our Quality Management System (QMS) is therefore in the process of being rationalised, updated, and where necessary additional documentation is being produced.  Under the QMS, all areas of the business either already, or will, have their own procedures and standards.
