Great work supported by great people.

How is it to be the greatest?

What is it? Great Place to Work Award

When and where? 28th of March 2017 in Warsaw

How does it feel to be  the best place to work in Poland? Incredible! This is already the third time that we’ve participated in this national Great Place to Work contest. In the previous two years, we’ve consistently ranked second in the category of companies with up to 500 employees. This time, it’s even better – this is a great honour for us to announce that this year Objectivity has been awarded the 1st place and considered a Great Place to Work!

It’s an exceptional distinction for us, because these were the voices of our employees that placed us this high on the list. Let me tell you how exactly this process looks like. The Great Place to Work is based on the results of a questionnaire filled in by all employees of the company. Almost 90% of our employees gave their vote in the survey and decided that we are a great company with a friendly environment. Three factors have consistently influenced the final positive result: the belief of the employees that the company is managed honestly, the feeling that the employer sees people in the company not only as employees, but also as partners and proper treatment regardless of the role performed in the company. The survey filled in by each of our employees is the so-called Trust Index, which checks satisfaction of the employees in 4 areas: credibility, respect, fairness and camaraderie. The average worked out on the basis of employee responses shows exactly the image of the whole organization.

It was not easy to win – in our category we had to stand up against such globally-recognized companies as: 3M, Kellogg’s or Prisjakt Poland to name a few. What’s interesting, in the other two categories (companies with less than 50 and with more than 500 employees), the winners were also companies, which provide IT services in their normal course of business, which means that the competition is close behind us – therefore we have a greater motivation to take care of our employees even better.

The award won in the Great Place to Work contest has a great value for us and makes us feel that even at the time of considerable growth of the company they continue to trust us and consider us an employee friendly company. The first place is fulfilment of our dreams, but also a huge motivation to keep this position for many years to come. Thanks, Objectivity Team!
