Each technical team is headed by a team leader who spends about half his time on team management issues and project management, and the other half on technical matters. Objectivity has a policy of not using contract staff where possible. However, we have very successfully employed contract staff in those projects where this was expedient to ensure the timely delivery of a quality product.

Experience
Objectivity has considerable experience in the design and development of bespoke software solutions using Java, Microsoft and Oracle technologies, and the implementation of ERP and CRM systems. In addition, Objectivity provides outsourced managed maintenance and support services (1st, 2nd and 3rd line) that together span the entire software life cycle.
