Our business analysts specialise in obtaining an in-depth understanding of the business and its problems, either as part of a strategic business analysis exercise or when capturing business requirements. Regardless of the role, our objective is to work closely with our customers using our experience and expertise to obtain a thorough understanding of the business and its problems.

We won’t pretend to know your business better than you do but what we can do is lend a helping hand to ensure that your needs are identified, captured and prioritised in a way that makes sense for you.

Communicating in a clear and unambiguous way

At Objectivity we feel that a picture really does paint a thousand words. To support this we use a number of tools and techniques, including UML and Enterprise Architect, to graphically document the business and the corresponding business requirements. This allows the information to be communicated back to the business in a clear and unambiguous way which minimises assumptions and misunderstandings.

Whatever the exercise we will ensure that that the correct information is captured and documented before producing the results that are required, be they strategy reports, recommendations for process improvement, business requirements leading to a systems development project or any other deliverable.
