Established in 1991, founder Rob Helle brought the company from small beginnings to winning Deloitte & Touche ‘Top 50 fastest growing Technology companies in the Midlands’ in 1999 and 2000. Objectivity now employs more than 70 people across its two offices in Coventry and Wroclaw, Poland and Rob continues to be active in driving the business forward.

We have an established and successful near shore development and outsourcing centre in Poland coupled with an experienced management and consultancy team in the UK. All supported by our rigorous approach to standards, reflected in our status as Microsoft Gold Certified partner, Authorised Java Centre and ISO 9001 certification.
