Objectivity grows stronger!

2016 is a special year for us – this is the year in which we’re celebrating our 25th birthday. Today I’d like to tell you about the important things that have happened in our company in the recent months. Well, many of our birthday wishes have already come true!

I can repeat over and over again that it’s the people that decide about the value of our company and it is their development that we invest in every day. If it weren’t for our educated and experienced staff, we wouldn’t be on the market for 25 years, and I wouldn’t be writing this article today. Now, in a few sentences, I’ll tell you how our reality at Objectivity looks like and why we’re so eager to write about our development. Here’s my justification.

We keep opening new departments at Objectivity that explore new technologies – this approach allows us to offer up-to-date solutions to our customers. Currently, we’re investing in the development of services based on Salesforce and exploring IoT. For us, continuous competence development is important. We’re proud of the Technology Radar that visualizes our technological skills. Our experts have recently created a Knowledge Portal, where they share knowledge using tools such as a Skills Matrix. An expert satisfied with the work is a satisfied customer – this approach has worked for us for years. Following this concept and supporting the initiative of our employees, this year we organized the second edition of WROC#, the conference, which once again gained recognition of the audience. New ideas keep appearing and involvement of our employees is growing, and we, every day, are trying to meet their expectations.

In the recent months, we’ve won several new projects, as a result we’ll work with customers, whose brands are well recognized. We’re now creating new project teams, planning to employ new IT professionals.

Our plan for the future is unchanging – not to stray from the chosen path, take care of development of our employees, thereby deliver high quality software solutions to our gradually growing group of customers. These rules have guided us for years and years and placed us among the IT market leaders – this rating is measured by opinions of employees and long-term cooperation with our customers.
