‘How to keep our culture when growing rapidly?’ – this is a question we’ve been asking ourselves for a long time. After Dan North’s visit and some long discussions, which has resulted in a new structure called Guilds and Tribes, we think we have found the answer.
In short, Guilds are our teams of specialists while Tribes are our clients. This new structure helps us keep close collaboration and communication, knowledge sharing, and quick decision making when faced with rapid growth.
